if its 2over 10, and 1 over 10, 4 over 10, and -3over10
where deos the 13 and the 24 come from?
if the equation is
[2 1] x [4 -3]
[1010] [10 10]
you would multiple rows by columns
2x4 +1x10
10x-3+ 10x10
so you would end up with a 2x1 matrix
i dont know if that is what your trying to do because i dont understand the original problem, but maybe this will give you some clue on how to do it!
